I'm looking at a zenstone player, but there are so many to choose from. What I want to know is if anyone knows the phone number to get in touch with the regional office of us.creative.com so I can talk to someone about these?
Yes, I search all over the home website and the U.S. site and can only find email, but I'd rather talk to someone about these players live instead of through email.
I was considering the Zen Mosaic players as it seems that they are easy to use, just copy files and paste to player.
If anyone knows the phone number, either 1800 or not, please let me know. Or even the main number and they can put me in touch with the regional office located in California U.S.
Thanks

Why don't you rather just go to a retailer like Bestbuy or whatever and ask to try these players out?
I think it'd be more productive than trying to talk to the manufacturer directly, plus you can actually feel a player and try it
Thanks. I didn't know they were sold in regular stores like the olympus or sandisk players. I'll check it out.

Actually, my brother and his wife got me a Zenstone and they went to seven stores before they finally had to go online to find someone who had it and who was willing to ship overnight. The screenless ones that are the most accessible are discontinued. these are simply called Zenstone and come in either 1 or 2 gb. there's a 2 gb one with a speaker as well. they got me the 1gb one and it works like a dream.
Ok, I got my 2gb one with screen at Bestbuy last summer and then it was no problem, I suppose the stores have moved to something fancier since.
That's right! I called every store that sells electronics I can think of in Minnesota: Best Buy, Office Max, Office Depot, Circuit City, and others and no one has ever heard of them. So, I guess it's get one off line and I did see some fairly cheap off amazon and ebay.
I do wish they would put a phone number up on that site, though. At least for the U.S. because the company is based out of Singapore.

Creative used to be very easy to get a hold of and had excelent customer service over the phone. but i haven't bought anything of theirs in years now. Check their online store as well there used to be a number attached to the sales department of the online stores. Otherwise i would still suggest going to bet buy and getting your hands on some other players like the zune and sandisc and maybe even' best buys own insignia brand you may find something else you like, and it doesn't necessarily have to not have a screen to be accessible. Though you still may find a better price online once you find one you like.
Yeah! As for getting in touch with Creative? Well, forget that! I finally found all kinds of numbers for the U.S. and all of them just give a recording about searching for products and tech support online. That really annoys me when companies don't have a live customer support line!
I do like the sandisk players and have been checking them out on amazon and ebay and can get some GB4 or more for really reasonable prices. Amazon also has several used and new Creative MP3 players like the zen mosaicEZ-300 and more.
I'll find one eventually I like.

I would offer up my sandisc sansa e250 which already has rockbox installed since i don't use it anymore now that ihave an accessible phone, but i gotta make sure it still works first.
Well, let me know about it and it's price. It connects via USB cable, right?
I did check out the rockbox site and it looks pretty simple to install and run.
Otherwise, I always watch amazon and ebay for good deals.
